2.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use our services.

2.2 Account Registration: To become an affiliate, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Complete your profile with valid bank details for withdrawals

2.3 Account Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or provide false information.

3.1 Affiliate Status: As an affiliate, you agree to promote products and services through your unique affiliate links in accordance with our guidelines.

3.2 Commission Structure:

• Commissions are calculated as a percentage of the order value (default rate: 10%)
• Commissions are only earned on completed and delivered orders
• Commissions are initially marked as "pending" and released upon order delivery
• Commission rates may vary by product or affiliate tier
• We reserve the right to adjust commission rates with prior notice

3.3 Affiliate Links: You must use only the affiliate links provided by our platform. Modifying or tampering with affiliate links is prohibited and may result in account termination.

3.4 Prohibited Activities: The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Self-purchasing through your own affiliate links
• Using fraudulent methods to generate sales or clicks
• Spamming or sending unsolicited promotional messages
• Misrepresenting products or services
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Creating fake accounts or using multiple accounts

4.1 Task Requirements: To earn from tasks, you must:

• Share the provided link on the specified social media platform
• Submit a valid screenshot as proof of sharing
• Wait for admin approval before earnings are credited
• Comply with the maximum tasks per day limit (default: 5 tasks)

4.2 Task Approval: All task submissions require admin review and approval. We reserve the right to reject submissions that:

• Do not meet the task requirements
• Contain fake or manipulated screenshots
• Violate platform guidelines
• Are submitted multiple times for the same task

4.3 Task Earnings: Task earnings are credited to your account balance only after admin approval. The default earning per approved task is 300 NGN, subject to change by platform administrators.

5.1 Account Balance: Your account balance consists of:

• Task earnings (from approved task submissions)
• Sales commissions (from affiliate link sales)

5.2 Withdrawal Eligibility: To be eligible for withdrawal:

• You must have completed your profile with valid bank details
• Your account balance must meet the minimum withdrawal amount (default: 1,000 NGN)
• Sales commissions must equal or exceed task earnings for the withdrawal period
• Your account must be in good standing (not suspended or restricted)

5.3 Withdrawal Process:

• Withdrawals are processed weekly and require admin approval
• Processing time is typically 3 business days after approval
• A processing fee may apply (default: 0 NGN, subject to change)
• Withdrawals are sent to the bank account provided in your profile

5.4 Payment Disputes: If you have concerns about payments or withdrawals, contact our support team within 30 days of the transaction date.

6.1 Content Standards: You are responsible for all content you share, including:

• Ensuring content is accurate and not misleading
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respecting intellectual property rights
• Not engaging in spam or harassment

6.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

6.3 Tax Obligations: You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to your earnings from our platform.

7.1 Service Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

7.2 Policy Changes: We may update these Terms, commission rates, or platform policies at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

7.3 Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm our platform or other users.
